How page-view limits work
A scored page view is any time you open a property with a composite investment score and full AI analysis. We track this per authenticated user each calendar month.
Once you hit your monthly limit, scored properties are still visible in the list, but the detailed score view is paywalled until your next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan.
What is a premium scoring request?
A premium request lets you bypass the Stage 1 filters for a specific property that was originally excluded — for example, smaller population centres or unusual title types.
We batch these requests every ~30 minutes, run full AI analysis and scoring, then email you a direct link to the finished report.
